Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello.breakthroughbudgets@gmail.com. This allows us to stop production before your custom items enter the print queue. After 5 hours, orders cannot be cancelled due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.

For fastest response, email us immediately with your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any digital downloads or planners once they have been delivered.

For physical products (print-on-demand planners and merchandise), we offer refunds or replacements only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

To request a replacement, please email us at hello.breakthroughbudgets@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
